HOOKSETT – The Hooksett Police Department is hosting a free Rape Aggression Defense class for women on Tuesday nights in March. The four-week course will take place at the Hooksett Safety Center, 15 Legends Drive, from 6 to 9 p.m. on March 4, 11, 18 and 25. A backup snow date is scheduled for April 1, if needed.
This hands-on self-defense program is open to all women, regardless of residency. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring water. The course is designed to teach practical defensive techniques in a supportive and empowering environment.
All ages are welcome, though participants under 18 must have parental consent.
